Based at Village Gadli, PO Mathana, Pin-136131, District Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, our association has already begun transforming lives through innovative programs and global collaborations. A highlight of our testimonials comes from a German delegation that visited us in SEP 2023, alongside stories from our members who have benefited from our initiatives since our inception.
Dr. Hans Müller, a dairy expert from the German delegation, shared, “The visit to PDFA Haryana was an eye-opening experience. Their use of automated milking systems and IoT-based cattle monitoring is impressive and aligns with European standards. The association’s support for farmers through loans and market access is a model worth replicating.” His words highlight the global relevance of our work, as the group of 10-12 visitors explored Haryana’s dairy practices, known for their high-yield cattle and advanced infrastructure, often called the "Milk Pail of India."
Rajesh Kumar, a local member, adds, “Joining PDFA Haryana has transformed my farm. The monthly seminars taught me modern techniques, and the low-interest loan from UCO Bank helped me upgrade my shed. The German delegation’s visit inspired me to adopt more sustainable practices they discussed, like using biogas from cow dung.” His story reflects how our programs, combined with international exposure, are driving innovation among our members.
Sunita Devi, another member, shares, “The mobile help van service saved my cows during a health crisis, and the better milk prices through MILKFED Punjab have increased my income. Jagdish Singh, a new member, remarks, “The German delegation’s visit showed me the global potential of dairy farming.
