The Progressive Dairy Farmer Association (Regd) Haryana is excited to showcase its commitment to dairy farming excellence through a range of exhibition activities, starting from our registration Located at Village Gadli, PO Mathana, Pin-136131, District Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, our association is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration among farmers, scientists, and industry experts. Our flagship event, the International Dairy Show and Exhibition, set to launch in 2026, will be a landmark initiative, building on the momentum of recent international engagements, such as the German delegation’s visit in Sep 2023.
Just a few days ago, a group of 10-12 dairy experts from Germany visited Kurukshetra to explore Haryana’s dairy farming practices, known for their high-yield cattle and advanced technologies. The delegation toured member farms, observed our use of automated milking systems and IoT-based cattle monitoring, and discussed sustainable farming practices. Their visit highlighted the global relevance of our work and set the stage for our upcoming 2026 exhibition, where we aim to showcase similar innovations on a larger scale. The German visitors expressed interest in participating in the event, potentially bringing European technologies and expertise to enhance the experience.
The International Dairy Show and Exhibition will feature live demonstrations of advanced dairy technologies, exhibitions of superior cattle breeds, and interactive sessions with agricultural experts. Farmers will have the opportunity to display their best livestock, compete for awards, and learn sustainable practices to boost productivity. Trade stalls will offer the latest equipment, feed, and veterinary products, providing members with access to innovative solutions. Held in Kurukshetra, a region with deep agricultural roots, the event will draw participants from across India and abroad, establishing PDFA Haryana as a leader in the dairy sector.
We also plan to organize workshops and seminars during the exhibition, focusing on topics like animal health, nutrition, and market trends. These sessions will be led by renowned experts, including potential speakers from Germany, following the interest shown during their recent visit. The event will facilitate business interactions, allowing farmers to explore sales and purchase opportunities, such as high-genetic-potential cattle semen and quality feed. Our goal is to create a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration, driving the growth of the dairy industry in Haryana.
To ensure inclusivity, the exhibition will offer free entry for members and subsidized rates for non-members. Our mobile help van service will be on-site to provide technical support and veterinary care, enhancing the experience for attendees. The gallery walk will feature images from the German delegation’s visit, inspiring participants to engage actively. As a newly registered association, we are committed to expanding our exhibition activities, inviting farmers to join us and contribute to our vision of transforming dairy farming in Haryana.
